I'm confused (nothing new lol). I am hearing and reading different view points about strength training. My Curves personal trainer says to come in and do the circuit every day. The circuit is 95% strength training equipment with some cardio thrown in. Most of what I've read on SP says to put at least 1-2 days in-between strength training to give your muscles time to heal from the tearing down process that accompanies strength training. I hope someone out there will have an answer for me!
