Swallowing Aggression and Pizza

I appear to be doing well so far on this program. My weekly weigh in isn't until Saturday (I think) already though, I'm finding myself stressing about the numbers. How much weight will I have lost? Or..did I stay the same? Who knows? emoticon

The thing is, stressing makes me want to snack. I've been more aware of what I like to snack on, crave I guess. It's usually salty carbs or sweets but not as much.

I need to figure out more about why I eat. Time will tell I suppose.
My current equation is Aggression+Pizza=Comfort. I think that's as scienticfic as it gets for me.

    I find i do the exact same thing! so what i did, was make healthy good snacks, so when i do i don't feel bad after wards. All of them have nutritional value so either way my body is at least getting something.

    1) i took yogurt, and put a Popsicle stick in them so that its like a mini popsicle, its perfect for a sweet tooth craving
    2) i also bought 100 calorie popcorn which is perfect size and by the time your done you feel full and you don't really need anymore and if you do have a second one its ok because its super high in fibre and low in fat/sodium
