I got on the scale yesterday morning, FAT! I gained 6 pounds since the beginning of June. I guess I am just havnig too much fun this summer. Though I hate my body and the way it feels. Yesterday it was OK, today is the day to start over, then I get home and hubby says we were invited to BW's to watch the Tiger's.... OK, today is a new day but this is sooo hard. Why can't I be naturally thin like some very lucky people... I am back to where I started with Spark People. I am so disgusted with myself.

You just need to start fresh.
It shouldn't be a diet. Start a healthy routine for life.
    Something you can live with.
    You can do it.
Be excited aobut yoru healthy meals.
    It takes time and aptience.

I was exactly where you are back in the middle of June. I had gained all the weight I lost back (once again). I think that was actually a good thing because now I am more determined than ever to take off all the weight I need to once and for all. I have not been this determined for a while. That might have been the wake up call I actually needed. So look at it as a positive and get more determined than ever.

I envy thin people like my husband that can eat anything he wants. On the other hand he exercises like a mad man. So maybe that's why he is so thin.

I have often felt the same about naturally thin people. However I have come to the conclusion that my struggle is a gift. You see those naturally skinny people don't know what it feels like to step on the scale after so much hard work and see the numbers go down. Keep at it and that feeling will be even better!

Don't be. As someone who yoyos on a regular basis, the more you beat yourself up about your weight gain, the more difficult it becomes to motivate yourself to get to where you want to go. You've done it before and you can do it again!
