Healthy Holiday Eating Reminder

I just responded to a message board with the response below, but I wanted to put it in easy access to remind myself over the holidays to:

Look at all the food offered, think about the food, and make the best choices. Think mostly plain veggies (not loaded with butter, or oils), a serving size of meat, and maybe some whole grains. Don't overload your plate, no need to overeat.
