October Wrap-Up

As of tomorrow I will have completed another full month of being in "Maintenance". emoticon

-October 1 Weight: 112.75
-October 29 Weight: 110.25 (Lost 2.5 Pounds)

As you can see even though I am in maintenance, I still lost some weight this month, I am slowly increasing calories until I find my "happy place". I've been a little slow on adding the calories because I'm still nervous about being in maintenance instead in the process of trying to lose weight.

Things I am proud of for October:
(I never officially set any goals for October, but there were some things I wanted to accomplish.)
-Continuing with the maintenance
-Be able to run 5 miles (Made it to 7 miles) I have never been a big runner, but since entering maintenance I wanted to be able to push myself a little more physically and I felt like running was something I should try.
-I have also been working on my Carb/Fat/Protein percentages
. I am proud of my increase in Protein and have noticed a huge change in how my muscles feel because of it, and I have been getting better with eating more healthy fats, I have not been eating enough fats.

So YAY for October!! 10 Months complete since deciding the become healthier!
