social eating

Hello everyone. I am going to eat a dinner with my son and his girlfriend and her parents. I am a bit stressed about it .. maybe I will nto eat so much I really blew it yesterday.... I am aiming to loose my 10 pounds by the end of the week. I always eat too much when I go out. I need to get a handle on it.

I did 40 minutes or my Denise Austin Core workout. !! I am going to reach my goal.

    Eating out can be a challenge... maybe eat some veggies before you go out so you aren't so ravenous. Drink lots of water at the table before your meal arrives. There are lots of things you can do so that you don't overeat.

    Go out and enjoy. Be selective of your choices and get a to go when your meal comes and put half of it in the box and eat the other half during dinner. it really works.

    try this! go out to eat, and ask for a box with your meal... than put away half of it and than you can finish whats on your plate! i find that if its there in front of me... i'll eat it! so if half as much is there, i'll eat it all and find out i didnt really need to it the whole thing after all! emoticon
