55 Day Challenge

Last week I blogged that I needed the exercise police. Well, Spunky Duck came through with her team 100 Day Challenge. 100 consecutive days of exercise. So I am doing my own mini challenge 55 days. That's how many days are left in the year, folks! My plan involves walking and working with my stability ball. Incidentally, I found you can map your neighborhood and calculate calories burned using the cardio tracker. Anyway, here's the plan:
1 Walking 6-7 days per week. I found an easy route that is close to 1 mile. By Jan 1 I plan to be able to do it in 15 min. Today I went .78 mile in 16 minutes. I want to be walking about 20 min/day by the end of the year.
2. Stability ball--Printed out the beginners ball workout. Plan to do this three days a week. In 55 days, I should be ready to move up a level.
