Week 1 Menu

I have signed up with a personal trainer for the next 3 months and he has us on a strict diet. I have decided to post the diet on here for quick reference and for others who may need new ideas.
So here it is!
Drink at least ¾ gallon of water per day or 4, 20 oz bottles
1 cup cashi go lean cereal
1 scoop protein mixed with 8 oz almond milk, eat over cereal
1 pouch starkist flavored tuna & an orange
3-6 oz grilled chicken, salad, 4oz brown rice
Shake, 1 scoop of mix with 8 oz almond milk and an apple
6 oz fish
4-8 oz spinach or greens
