Week 2 Menu

Breakfast:
3 egg beaters
1 slice jenn-o turkey bacon
1 low carb tortilla

Snack:
J – Shake with 2 scoops and 25 almonds
A – Shake with 1 scoop and 14 almonds

Lunch:
Grilled chicken on whole wheat bun (KC Masterpiece 0 carb BBQ sauce)
Salad with 2 tablespoons Paul Newman’s light vinaigrette dressing

Snack:
Shake with 1 scoop

Dinner:
A – 3 oz salmon
J – 6-7 oz salmon
B – 4-8 oz broccoli with soy cheese


Also 1 gallon of water per day and 30 min of cardio 5 days a week outside of personal training time.
