November Wrap Up

For my Official Maintenance Challenge Goal:

Not to overindulge just because it is the holiday season. Follow my regular eating and exercise habits, and concentrate on the fact that the holidays are about friends and family not food. For the month of November I want to accomplish continued maintenance.

CHECK I made my 4 day Holiday weekend all about Family and Friends and followed (as closely as possible being away from my apartment/gym) my regular eating and fitness habits. Stayed within all of my ranges, averaging about 1330 calories per day for the week and 2749 calories burned through exercise for the week.

For my November Goals:

-Maintain weight (weighed in at 109 November 1, but usually around 111)
CHECK! Weighed in at 108 November 30, 2009

-Increase calories (Averaging 1250-1350 per day now, increase to 1250 - 1450 per day as long as weight does not increase)
CHECK! Averaging around 1350 per day now, still working on increasing.

-Continue with my cardio and ST workouts at the same level as I am now.
CHECK! Also added some Yoga to help with stretching from the added running.

-Cook "real" dinners at least twice a week
CHECK! Cooking most nights, usually something simple like putting a squash in the oven and cooking up some chicken, or doing some stir fries.

November here I come!! Here is to another healthy month! CHECK!
