Sunday was a recovery day from a giant, too-rich buffet dinner Saturday night. Was feeling too dragged and tired to work out.
Then...pulled an almost-all-nighter Sunday night, preparing for a conference this week. Had to do it, but when heaped on top of a day of poor eating and no exercise, Monday I was really run down.
I didn't track food earnestly on Monday or at all on Tuesday, and didn't work out either day either.
Today, I'm back on the wagon. Ran for 45 minutes, varying pace and just trying to find my legs again. Felt rough, but glad I did it. Should help me get some sleep tonight and start feeling refreshed again. It's time to start a new running program and building up the mileage again.
