I finally stopped fighting it and started exercising. This time I tried not to start out like a she-woman. I tried to take my time and be creative before starting to exercise. I have noticed in the past that i get bored really quickly. I knew I needed to do something different. So I decided to do 15 minutes per machine. 15 on the stationary bike, treadmill and elliptical. And you know what I like it!. I had so much energy last night I could hardly go to sleep. I also feel happier. One day I may be able to do more but right now I am taking it one day at a time :) and loving it..
