Drink water

I dont know about you guys but I can really tell a difference in my overall attitude when I drink enough water. I probably drink more than 10 glasses a day on average. . I have this quart container with a straw of course and fill it up 3 times a day. I have not been logging in my food this month. I log on spin the wheel and count my water and exercise 90 minutes a week. My progress may be slow but I am making progress. Keep up your spirits.

    I too love drinking 8-12 glasses per day. Especially now that my body has adjusted and I don't spend the whole day peeing anymore! LOL Keep on plugging along...some progress is better than none.

    Water does make a huge difference...and lately I have been doing about the same as you, not logging like I should but continue to exercise...and eat as healthy as I can...you take care, love hearing from you, its been a while...Trudy

    Well as a team member of NEW SPARK, you probably already know that the W stands for water. It's so crucial on our journey. It's an AMAZING beverage. It cleans out our blood and our colon. Two things that just need to stay ever so clean : ) It helps our skin to be soft, our scalps to retain moisture instead of go dry, keeps our eyeballs happy... etc. During the winter months, we need to drink even more, because the dryer the climate the more water our bodies needs. Our muscles operate like hydraulics so we need water to keep them pumping. So I agree with you, drink your water!

    Yes, that water makes a huge difference! I had a friend notice how much clearer and better my skin looked, of all things.

    I agree! It is amazing how much better I feel since increasing my water intake. I drink 10-12 glasses a day and can really tell the difference when I don;t get that much in a day. (Hello, from Lake Toxaway, aren't these mounatins beautiful?)

    Drink up! I too have noticed a difference in my overall since increasing my water. I usually take in 10-12 cups on average -- it really does your good.
