Challenge & Bootcamp Preparations!

I am fired up and ready to go!!!! I have what I need to succeed in reaching ONERLAND in the month of January. Woo! Hoo!!! I have been there once or twice in my adult life and both times I knew I did not have what it takes to stay there. This time, I have the mental/emotional/physical tools I need to not only get there, but maintain a healthy lifestyle there. In the past it always felt like a fight and a struggle to get there and once I was there it felt like deprivation and I knew the moment I got there I would only be there for a second or two. The past six months have been a fabulous journey of self discovery and empowerment.
I will not go into the Epic saga of the warrior princess I have become, at least not today!
During the month of January, I am starting Bootcamp and The Biggest Loser Challenge! I will be blogging daily to keep myself accountable. In addition I will end my blogs with listing my nutrition and activity for that day. I will weekly update my weightloss and any other progress as well!
