I will start with all the healthy stuff and then I'll show you why I'm working so hard! I went shopping today to make sure I had all the fresh fruit, nuts and veggies I needed for the week. Love having lots of fresh citrus around this time of year! So I got some oranges!
and grapefruits!
Mom sent me a care package with my favorite nuts!

So I can make my famous Spicy Nut Mix! (recipe on Dec. 8 blog)

I purchased some aluminum water bottles and some new lock tight canisters to keep my foods fresh! I like to cook on the weekend and have things stocked and ready to pack in my lunches.
I got my new monthly calendar for the New Year and put in my workout schedule. I also have been keeping a list of my teammates for the Biggest Loser Challenge, so I can keep in frequent contact with them.
and my running calendar for my half marathon training !
Made sure I had my favorite DVD's and Wii discs for those days when I need a little something extra.
The books on my nightstand that I am reading right now
and of course
And last but not least, this is why I work so hard

I want those love handles GONE!!! BootCamp and The Biggest Loser Challenge goal is to peel some of that cushioning off that is hiding my killer abs! LOL!

Love the idea of doing the inventory. It certainly helps to keep you accountable and well prepared for your journey. I love the SPARK book and I finished it just in time to start the Bootcamp today. Great book and certainly gave a LOT of ideas in one place that you can refer back to rather easily when you need them. Sometimes fighting with the computer to search for things can be time consuming and frustrating for me, but the book is a great tool that I will keep by me all the time to remind me "I CAN".

Glad you are on my team and that we can motivate and inspire each other. GO GRAY!!!

I too am going to be posting my measurements and before pictures (although really rather scary looking), but it will keep me accountable and working towards my goals and what I want to achieve from this journey and ultimately my life.

Blessings and keep up the good work!

Awesome blog! Love the pix and the planning. I just read a Tosca Reno book last month and have one listed on my mini-rewards list. This time next year, you're going to post another picture of yourself and we'll all see how well your plan worked. I know it'll be super!

What a great blog with all your pictures. You sound like me. I have a table full of fresh fruit. I'll be cooking today, I have a pile of books (including Reno's) beside my bed, and I have 3 new Jillian dvds and another one with kettlebells to get started with. I have to plan ahead or I'm done for.

I'll be picking one of them and doing the bootcamp a little later this morning.

    Have a wonderful Sunday.

I loved your blog, I will keep this one in the back of my mind to keep me in check. Tomorrow I will get my reading material for the side of my bed and I too need some new water containers. I'm excited about your photo. Trust me, having those photo's will help you 100%.

    Here's to you and 2010
