Last December I decided to join the gym near where I live and my New Years Resolution was to lose a few pounds. How a year can change things! Now I love working out, and eating healthier! Here are my last goals for 2009! My goals are nothing special, they are a reasonable and achievable way to end my year of getting healthy!

For my December Goals:

-Maintain weight: 110 pounds (Weighed in at 108 November 30, 2009, fluctuates up to 112) CHECK, ABOUT THE SAME FLUCTUATION, USUALLY CLOSE TO 110

-Increase calories (Averaging around 1350 per day now, still working on Increasing) GETTING BETTER, DAILY AVERAGE CLOSER TO 1400...CHECK!

-Continue to cook dinner most nights a week, and packing food for the work day. CHECK!

-Continue with workouts at the same level as I am now. Also start concentrating on running to prepare for May 30, 2010 1/2 Marathon by researching and implementing training plans. CHECK!


What is to come in 2010:
-Move away from tracking calories, eat intuitively. (Continue to weigh myself, will start tracking if weight increases.)
-Train for and complete my first 1/2 Marathon on May 30, Boston's Run to Remember.
