2010 Q1 Goals

Yes...I think in quarters...I am an accountant. I figured i wont look too far ahead into the future.
So here are my top ten goals for quarter 1 in no particular order. " They" always say you should write them down as it's the first part of actualizing them.
1. Stay present in the now.
2. Take Calcium.
3. Spend more outdoor time with the kiddies.
4. Sign up for a volleyball coaching course.
5. Exercise three times a week.
6. Strengthen my core.
7. Track my food...ALL the time.
8. Lose 25 pounds (BLC).
9. Turn off the TV and read more.
10. Spend more time with my one and only.
Reminds me to take one day at a time...it's a long haul. And if I fall off one day, I just pick my self up, dust myself off, and get back on it the next day.
