It's been a month?!

I finally found time to log on to SparkPeople and I realized that I'VE BEEN A MEMBER FOR EXACTLY A MONTH! I can't believe it! emoticon

I'm a little disappointed though. I haven't been able to track my food/fitness everyday (somedays I don't track anything at all, or track incomplete nutrition) and that I haven't lost more weight.

I just need to remember (and I think a lot of us could use a reminder) that this is a step-by-step process, that nothing will happen on it's own, and that it's a mental change before it's a physical change. Speaking of which, I have changed A LOT mentally and I'm really proud of myself for it. emoticon

What do I want out of this next month?
To progress even more. Whether I lose 5-10 pounds or I maintain my weight and further my mental progression - I'd be happy either way. Also, I'd really like to get back into the swing of things and record again because it really helps.

I'm sorry that my thoughts are so jumbled. This caught me off-guard.
