Cravings

Well, it finally happened... It's my 3rd week into BLC12... I've lost 8 lbs in the first two weeks.... PRIDE is over-whelming, but it's sometimes good for the soul. Two nights ago I got the cravings for FOOD... even though I've been eating well and staying full, I wanted something I couldn't have legally speaking... It really didn't matter what... I didn't know what I wanted... just something to eat that wasn't on the 'list'. After walking and pacing and pacing and walking, I went to the pantry... Finding NOTHING illegal, I settled for a spoon of peanut butter... Craving fixed and legally! :-)

    Great that you are so prepared that there was nothing in the cupboard to blow the plan. How about putting together a 'legal' treat - a chocolate protein bar, frozen low-fat yoghurt, whatever your particular taste is for. You are doing really really fantastically - looking forward to seeing you beat me this week!
