Goals for the next while...

So lately I've been feeling pretty darn tootin' tired! And the cold just makes me want to hybernate. But last night I actually got up the gumption (and so did hubby) to take the dogs for a walk... it had been a couple days without for them. And along the way I realized that I was actually feeling good in my muscles for a change. And once I'd gotten home I realized that I was feeling bouncy! So I took hold of the opportunity, went down to my bunny/exercise room and did Day 1 of Jillian's 30 Day Shred again. Got thru the whole thing, tho I did modify a bit.
So the plan is to do the 30DS everynight until our vaca. Then I'll have a couple days off as we'll be in Disney... but at least I'll still be active. Hubby says there will be walking... oh yes, there will be lots of walking :P After that we're visiting with his step-mom and I'm sure she'll have a DVD player, so I plan to do it there while we're visiting.
On another note I was pretty proud of myself, because after the dog walk and the 30DS workout I still got on the treadmill and pushed out a 10 min jog. I did the whole 10 mins straight! Never done that b4! But I turned down the mileage to 6 mph and that did the trick. I feel like I might have been able to do longer had my legs not just been kicked by Jillian. So I'm happy to have discovered the magic number that will allow me to get some actual time in while jogging.
Oh, and I should plan on using the elliptical too... probably once we're back from vaca, as I'll have my new HRM to toy with hehe!!
