oh my god! day 2 of the 30 day shred... I didn't hurt too much today, but I barely made it back up off the floor at the end of the workout! holy crap!

good day at work... got in both our walks today and had class w/ Layna tonight. I am exhausted! going to go to bed but needed to get my 3 things in.

1 - worked out after class tonight... didn't want to but i want results so I know I have to

2 - no afternoon snacks today :) not that I didn't want one!!!

3 - took vitamins :) yay!! I am going to make a habit of this yet!!

    Your doing AWESOME!! :) GREAT JOB!!! I did a few days of the 30 day shread...But that was a long time ago...and I was like you...I thought I would DIE!!! HA HA HA!!! Your doing awesome to workout after a workout!! That is soo hard!! But you are a SUPER Strong woman1!! OH OH OH the other day when I went to run so that was Tuesday...I drove past a little dog grooming place and so thought of you...They now are offering Doggie Day Care!! :) I thought...ahhh Layna LOVES doggie Day Care!! :) Have a GREAT Day!! :)

    Sound like you are making decisions based on needs and not on your wants. Keep up the good work and in time it becomes a routine that as the results continue it would be your new healthy habits. Way to Go!!! You Can Do it.
