Day Sixteen - Another Breakthrough

The promise of this program is that one should take each day as they come and with consistency, change will happen. This is day 16 for me and I see small changes happening in terms of my mindset and my drive.
My breakthrough today was that I joined the Y and did 30 minutes on the recumbent bike. I have a knee injury that prevents me from doing a lot of walking. The bike exercise is good cardio and will also strengthen my knees!
I felt really good after it was over. I was proud of myself and felt physically energized. I am moving forward and not stuck in gear as I have been. This may seem like a small step to some but for me it it major. It is the beginning of meeting my goals.
It feels good!
