New Reward System

I finally caved in, I decided that although I do have intrinsic motivation it isn't enough. So...I have created a reward system for myself.
I am not allowed to spend any money at all other than on bills, groceries, and gas. Nothing extra. Except what I earn. I can earn money in several ways (listed below) and that money I can spend (when I have it) on whatever I want, clothes, scrapbook stuff, etc. I can earn it not only for healthy living, but getting and staying on top of school work etc. So I get $1 for each of the following
10 minutes of exercise (cardio or strenght)
Creating a to-do list to help me keep organized (once daily only)
Each item I mark off my to-do list
Tracking a meal
Making a good choice over a bad choice (clarification needed, I truly mean things like having a salad when I would normally have a burger, that sort of thing, not having a salad when I normally would, or planned on a salad, etc, it has to be something that challenges me, not something normal and easy)
I'll put a price on the weekly challenges for my various and assorted teams depending on what the challenge is.
I'm going to start with these and see how it goes. Hopefully I can make things habits again and not need to do this, but until then...here it is.
