Today...I am bustin' out a 1-2 knock-out punch...(sorta like the Mayweather/Mosley fight)...

Legs & Back (Day 5)
Kenpo (Day 6)

Ab Ripper...

I am realizing that I can do this...It's not really all that difficult. It's a MIND thing. Just pushing play...It's amazing how after one week...my arms and thighs feel tight. Just imagine...12 more weeks...my body is going to be AMAZIN'!!!!!

Hey muscles....come out from hiding! No more peek-a-boo!!!!
