5: P90 X Week 2 Day 2/Cardio X

Uh...ya girl ain't gone no where...just been pushing play and spending a lil time with my 4th child...my dissertation. I MUST graduate SOON.
I absolutely LOVED my Kenpo last night...since I didn't do it on Week 1 Day 6 of last week...I completed it on Week 2 Day 1.
From now on...my Blog Entry Titles will resemble my journey with P90X, i.e. P90X Week 2 Day 2. It can be a tad confusing seeing the "104" number...that was the countdown to my 35th. Once I'm done with P90 July 25th...then we can countdown to 08/08/10!!!
I am so encouraged...can I let you in on a lil secret...Victoria Secret that is...my undies were falling down yesterday. I kept thinking to myself...hmmm, why am I constantly pulling up my undies...well...ummmmmmmmm...y

Speaking of glutes...P90X: Legs and Back is NO JOKE...I dreaded having to go use the restroom because my glutes and hammies were sooooo tender. 90 second wall squats and single-leg wall squats to name a couple...you get my drift?
