Help!? How many calories does this burn?

Hey everyone, I have a question. I run/walk on the treadmill or outside. On the fitness log I can find running or walking, but not run/walk for the amount of time and speed I go. So, I'm trying to figure out how many calories I'm burning and how to log it.
I typically go about 45 minutes. I alternate jogging and walking. When broken down, it is 25 min walking at a 16 min mile Pace. Then 20 min jogging at an 11 min mile pace.
What I have found on the fitness log is to log it as 25 min walking, 17 min mile pace. Then 20 min jogging, 11 min mile pace. This then gives me a total burned calories for the workout.
Do you think this is accurate?
