I hurt my shoulder and had to have Therapy. I am amazed at how much they have helped my back/posture everything. Just a few simple simple exercises that take about 5 minutes a day. You loop the band over a door and do pull downs. I have done these for years but never really understood what muscle I was supposed top be working. It is the muscle between your shoulder blades. You must squeeze your shoulder blades together when you do these. My posture is much improved. If you stand up straighter it makes you look younger.

    Sorry that you hurt your shoulder, but it's a nice bonus to find an exercise that helps posture as well. I'm learning that form is really important in ST, to ensure that shoulders develop straight, and not bent over. Hope you're 100% soon!

    My husband hurt his arm and had to have PT, he still does the exercises too and says they make a huge difference in how he feels.I haven't ever had PT but I have noticed that I do stand up straighter now that I've been exercising more, I thought it was because I was engaging my abs..nice to know it might make me look younger too.
