I hurt my shoulder and had to have Therapy. I am amazed at how much they have helped my back/posture everything. Just a few simple simple exercises that take about 5 minutes a day. You loop the band over a door and do pull downs. I have done these for years but never really understood what muscle I was supposed top be working. It is the muscle between your shoulder blades. You must squeeze your shoulder blades together when you do these. My posture is much improved. If you stand up straighter it makes you look younger.
