Just can't decide!

I am torn between ways to jumpstart some waning motivation for losing this weight. I have looked, and I am within my healthy weight range, and bmi. But I am at the very last pound for it! If I gain 1 lb. I am back to overweight! Even though I am in the appropriate range, I feel like I still look ( to myself and others) FAT! I feel like I should try and lose 10-15 lbs, and maintain that weight.
Anyhow, I am NOT doing well on my own. I have been eating whatever and whenever I want. I am still maintaining my current weight, but definately will NOT be able to lose like this. I don't look forward to feeling deprived, or tracking, doing different exercises, yadda, yadda, yadda! I KNOW what to do, I just don't like doing it. Plain and simple. I am lazy like that. I will struggle the rest of my life with wanting to eat until I feel stuffed!
So there is a program that I have been introduced to called Runner's Fuel. It is designed to help you lose weight WHILE eating properly while training for running events. There is a program for 5k, 10k, tris, and a full marathon(which is what I am training for). It breaks down what to eat on running and non running days, what to eat pre/post run based on time of day and how many miles that day. Very detailed. I am very interested in it. It would be a 13 week program since that is my training plan til marathon day. It costs $100.
Also, there is a new Weight Watchers 13 week program starting at my church this coming Wednesday night. This is the same 13 weeks for my plan too. It is a group of people I know and will see very often. Every Wednesday and Sunday, which would give me LOTS of reinforcement/encouragement. This will cost me $132.
Or, the 3rd option, is quit being so dang lazy, and do it on my own! Which hasn't been working to my advantage lately. This will cost me $0.
So, any suggestions???????????
I need to make a decision this weekend to begin a program by Monday or Wednesday.
Thanks for any input!

It usually helps to have the support of others and both your choices sound really nice. I think you need to think about which YOU would be more apt to stick to and finish.....I personally would lean toward the WW at church because I know I am not a runner but that's just me.....
Which program do you think is going to put the greater emphasis on keeping track of what you do and holding you to it?..Maybe that's the group to join, to help get some good habits going since you say that is hard for you.
Just don't give up whatever you do. Sounds like you are almost at your goal and that's great.
    Keep up the good work.
