ok; i have started exercising pretty much every day cuz i joined a challenge where 10 minutes of exercise daily IS THE CHALLENGE ~ so when i don't want to exercise then i just remember that i committed to doing this; i mean, who doesn't have 10 minutes, right?
anyhow, i have been working out, logging food, and even drinking lots and lots of water!
no movement on the scale but that's ok; i know i am doing what i should be doing and i feel good about that.
