New Years Resolutions

1. Return to tracking my food atleast 3 days per week to be sure my calories are staying with in my range.
2.. Cut the white foods, breads and sugars are the worst. I have allowed them to creep back in and I'm really feeling it.
3. Build my walking program to a jogging program by increasing the time spent jogging during my daily walk every 2 weeks.
4. Get my Turbo Jam DVD's are start using them three days per week.
5. Quit smoking - THis is the biggie. Last time a tried I gained about 15 lbs and still didn't quit. Now that I have the eating and exercise better under control, I'm hoping to avoid that. I've been thinking about using the same principles that have worked for the weight loss. Starting with tracking the cigarettes I smoke and cutting the "mindless" ones, just like the mindless eating. I' ve posted a topic and hope to gather asupport team.
