I decided to do a separate blog for this.
I needed a vent in the other one, so I'm being upbeat (rather than beating myself up) in this one.
With the school schedule I have it's a bit difficult to manage doing as much as I'd like, but I'm hoping to get on a schedule in the next three weeks. If I can make taking care of me a habit I hope to continue it into the school term.
I'll reduce some things (like cleaning and cooking) and increase other things (like studying).
I've Posted in my photo section are before photos of me. They are (obviously) not retouched. . .and they show me in all my overweight glory.
Today I start a three week "break" from school, and tomorrow I take my housemate/best friend to Kalamazoo for two weeks for assessment, then he's visiting his sister for the week after that.
That means that after my husband goes to work, I have this house to myself during the day for the next two-three weeks. That means that I have *time for me*. I can work out and not feel self conscious. I can crank the music and dance while I clean I can relax a little.
Goals for the next three weeks.

Return to blogging!
Get my house clean again--I've been in law school and the guys just can not clean up to my standards!
Complete an hour of Cardio video daily
Strength Training 4 times a week (minimum)
Log daily--Accountability is the key
Keep on Sparking!
The Saturday before I go back to school I will take and post photos again. Hopefully some *gains* will be visible.
(or is that losses)
I also plan to continue with photographs at the end of terms and breaks until I finally reach my goals.
I've set myself a challenge. Now I'm reaching for the Stars!
