September Challenge

Okay I am set and ready to go.
I joined the message board challenge
lose 10lbs in september so here i go.
MY PLAN:
1. increase both fiber and protein
2. stay with in calories
3. increase walking to 3miles on my days off
4. 10 minutes of exercise on days I work
5, increase reps on upper body workout
6.start core body work out
7. do yoga once a week
8. do Zamba once a week
9. stop whining about being tired
10. go to bed earlier
11. stop whining about working so much

Reward
10lbs new outfit
5 lbs new pants
1-4lbs new hair pin

Pray every day

Make a chart for easy viewing

    Fantastic goals! You look like you are ready to take control! I know that working too much can really strain your ability to focus on your health -- sometimes it seems like too much. And being an RN is already a stressful job! (I know, my mom's an RN). But I love that you are stating these goals clearly and blatently -- good luck!

    I too am starting that challenge for September - lose 10 pounds. Seems reasonable, but this is coming from someone who hasn't lost a pound in the last year and finally did after joining this site! the nutrition and fitness trackers work wonders when you're watching everything you eat and how much you're exercising.

    Love the goals as well....new outfit after the 10 pounds is gone! Awesome! I wish I could put goals like that on my page for me....unfortunately, I'm going to be student teaching next spring which means not working, so the rest of this year is all about saving...! Well, actually, there's always Goodwill for those in-between sizes, right!?

    We should keep in touch...I'm in Wisconsin, a little far to become walking/running buddies but we can keep in contact here, throw encouraging words back and forth. It helps to know people are supporting you in achieving your goals!!
