Week 1 of BLC complete!

So far this week of the biggest loser challenge I lost 3 pounds. I was hoping for 4....because I had gained 4 but I am very happy with 3.
I have been doing great...drinking my water everyday, exercising, eating better. I am thrilled with what I have done this week. I hope everyone is doing great as well... All my new team mates, and all my friends on here that always check in on me. Have a great week!!!
