Well so much for daily or even weekly updates - Schoolwork and social stuff getting in the way :)
I hit my first weekly goal!!!
I have kept in my calorie allowance for sixteen of seventeen days!
I have done all my planned ST for seventeen days!
I have been getting more and more cardio over the last seventeen days!
I need to work on remembering my spark - every morning push-ups & sit-ups!
I also want to step up my cardio again this week.
