Ok, I have felt off the wagon for a few weeks this summer, but this week, I got back on it. I have lost 1.8lbs. I went twice at zumba class, walk a 18 at golf, ate better, drank more water and ate less at night. I am proud of myself. I will now stay on the wagon and continue on my weight lost!

    staying on the wagon is hard, it was Fair week here and I fell off the wagon and had fried fish, yummy, but oh so good. Only do it once a year but I babysat today and that little baby loves to be bounced! My arms are still hurting and she'd only sleep in her stroller so I walked for miles today! I didn't realize but pushing a stroller is good exercise! Hope the wagon stays firmly under your butt and no temptations tease you off of it...Good Luck emoticon
