week 2

This is my second week back on track. I went to zumba twice, drank more water (even though I didn't drink enough), went outside to help with the firewood and stopped eating when I was full. Unfortunately, I still didn't lose any weight, but I will continue my good work. And, I also ate more fruit. I am proud of myself and will stay on track.
