week 3 - starting to feel down

Ok, I'm on my third week back on the program. I still went twice at zumba class and work outside with the woods and chimney. Still the same weight on the scale. I am also watching what I am eating and drinking more glasses. I know I am having dinner later at night! Would that be the reason why I stay the same? I know I should be glad that I am not gaining anything, but have been at 158lbs for the last 3 weeks now!!! What can I do more? Thanks for your help.
