not a good week

Ok, this week wasn't has good as the last few ones. I did go to zumba twice, but didn't do much exercice other than that. BUT, I did eat earlier at night and drank a little bit more water. I just wish I would do more exercice. I don't seem to be able to motivate myself. For the zumba, no problem cause my friend is coming with me. But, when I am at home, my husband doesn't like to go for walk and have no motivation to go by myself. I did went for a walk yesterday on my lunch break, but since I only had 30 minutes for my lunch, only did like 5-10 minutes walk. Not enough to count it! Well, I will do better next week! Starting on the weekend!!!

    You are doing fine. Every little step counts, believe me. I used to have trouble getting off the couch, but now I enjoy riding my bike and walking. It took me awhile, so don't beat yourself up or listen to negative self-talk. Keep reminding yourself that you did more today than you did yesterday, and that tomorrow is another day to do better. Even if tomorrow you do less... there is always the next day! Keep up the good work.
