Keeping moving

Well, I just can't even say no to the mounds of thanksgiving leftovers, birthday cake and cookies. . . and I don't want to. Trying to just be responsible about it, and most importantly, to do something to move every day. Friday I jumped on the elliptical machine for 20 minutes. Saturday I danced my BUTT off, off and on all afternoon and evening. Sunday, yoga class. Yesterday, a 40-minute walk w/ a friend. I find that if I just make myself move someway, somehow, for at least 10-15 minutes, it makes me feel better and inspires me to make healthier choices all the way around. What will be my way of moving today? It's raining out, unfortunately, and I've got to be at work. Maybe I'll do a staircase climb (office is on the 8th floor)? If not, I'll try to hit the elliptical tonight for 10 minutes. Feeling momentum, gotta keep it going.
