Ok, I am proud of myself. At the beginning of November, we had decided that we would go for walks on our lunch break. It is just a 30 minutes walk, but it is better than just sitting at the table and losing our time. We can only go 3 times a week, but even on days where I was the only one that was able to go, I was still going.

I'm not as proud of my schedule for zumba. I usually goes twice a week, but there's a few week when I wasn't able to go and missed a few classes.

But, I still did exercice at least 3 times a week except one week when I was away for the weekend.

I also improve my drinking water and sleeping habit.

Still, looking at the scale this morning, I gain 1 lbs. But, my husband has been telling me lately that I am getting smaller. That is always nice to hear.
