Its the start of 2011, a year for changes and new beginnings. I hope I can stick to my goals for this year.
1. Eat Healthy 5 days a week
2. Work out 5 days a week
3. Pass my 3 test for work
4. Save money
5. Limit my sodas
I know I can do it.
