Workaholic Away From Work

So something you should know about me is, I am a workaholic. It's one of the first things on my mind in the morning, when I go to sleep at night, while I'm eating, exercising, you name it. As my husband so kindly pointed out to me yesterday I need to find a way to stop it. So, here's my commitment to myself:
1) physically disconnect from work at the end of the day. After 7pm no more checking email
2) take my nano to the gym as opposed to my iPhone...less chance of reading and responding to mail on the treadmill
3) take a full 60 minutes for lunch and not with my cell phone or my computer
I commit to this on a company holiday for the rest of this week (4 days isn't much but you've gotta start somewhere).
