It's time once again....

Tuesday, January 04, 2011

Well... I blew it for Christmas and the end of the year. I've gained all my weight back and then some. I've been sick, lost a family member and took care of a sick hubby all in the last 2 weeks or so.
I'm ready to get back on the band wagon and start this new year out right!
I started my 30 day shred today and will bounce back between it and some other vids since I get bored with one vid everyday. I have to make every day count since I'm trying to get pregnant and I was NOT wanting to be this size when it happened. I plan on eating mostly veggies and drinking LOTS AND LOTS of water!

Sorry you had such a rough time during the holidays. Being sick is no fun, that's for sure and with you and Nate both being sick - Ugh! This is a new year - time for both of us to get back on track! Good luck on the 30 day Shred - don't hurt yourself emoticon
