BLC 15 - Day 1- BEFORE PICS!! and measurements

The Biggest Loser Challenge 15 started today. I'm on the Periwinkle Pirates. I've never done this before and there are a lot of people on my team. It's a little overwhelming right now with all the looooong spark mails they are sending out with tons of instructions about the rules and this and that, but I am impressed, it's very organized. I can't imagine getting to know all the women on my team, there are so many of us! Then there is this whole "sister team" thing, like I'm supposed to post on their team board too, um yeah, I think I have enough work on here already lol. Anyway I took pics and my measurements this morning. I cringe seeing myself look like this, but I actually lost 2 inches from my waist and 3 pounds in December so I have been making some progress recently. Without further ado here are my pictures.
The armband in the pics is my bodybugg. It really helped me in December and I think it's going to be an instrumental tool for me during this challenge.
Goal: I hope to lose 10 lbs during the 12-week challenge. I also will sign up for a 5-k and run it during this challenge. I am currently starting week 5 of the Couch to 5K but I'm not following the program exactly, I have been spreading the runs out a little further apart and walking more since I am so prone to shin splints.
