7 Days Into the 32 Day Push

I have successfully completed 7 days out of 32. The hubby and I set some goals last week Sunday that we started last week Monday: no fried food, one vegetarian day each week, no red meat outside of soup, at least 6.5 hours of sleep and splurge day that does not exceed 2,000 calories. I am happy to say with yesterday having been day 7 that I met all of these goals!

These may sound silly but it's working. Just staying away from the fried stuff and putting one full veg day into the week we're being more conscious of what's going in. My ideal would be to actually start exercising too but I also know I've got to start somewhere...the exercise will come...probably in a day or two starting out with a nominal amount and working up...

I'll take 7 days...25 days left to prove to myself I can do it...
