I love to sleep in but the past 2 days I've gotten up 45 min before I normally do to workout. I need a change in routine because I'm always tired and not wanting to workout in the evenings so I figured I'd try another time. Why not? It can't hurt...
So... I did just that and I've felt SOOOOO much better. I have more energy during the day and not sleepy all day like I used to be. It's hard to not get sleepy and be tired when you have a job sitting and staring at a screen all day. I will continue to do these morning workouts during the week and hopefully it will continue to make me feel better. :-)
I'm also going to try to get another quick workout sometimes when I get home.
I really wish I could get up early to work out but I'm just NOT a morning person. I've tried it & do have more energy during the day but just can't get up in the morning - especially on the mornings I have to go to work. Could it have something to do with my job?
