This is the end of Week 8 of the BL DIVA Challenge and also time for my weekly blog. Not that i'm real crazy about blogging as I've said before but do it anyway!! This past Wednesday was the first weigh in on Weight Watchers under the new program. I didn't think I would like it as I'm set in my ways and have been doing WW for many years and didn't particularly want to learn the new points plus. But I did it anyway and the scale went down. I lost 4.6lbs!! Now Spark counts that as 5 and I will take whatever help I can get!!!!!

Having this jumpstart has made me more focused on doing my cardio and strength training this week and also has helped me make better food choices. I'm eating lots more fruits (they are free now) emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon and most veggies too emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon. So there is no excuse for not eating healthy!!!

Tonight Hubby and I went to Applebees for dinner and they are so wonderful to have several WW dinners with the Points Plus right there. Thank you Applebees!

So here's to another week and once again I have to thank my Spark friends who are so encouraging and helpful. I have several close friends who are on WW too and it is even more supportive!!!!
