End of the Week Summary

Well, I feel like I did a good job this week. I didn't lose any weight, but I have consistently exercised this week and that is definitely a start. Today I am going to go over my calorie limit, but this is the only day that I have done that and I compensated by working out for an hour and fifteen minutes. Hopefully I burned off enough calories to compensate for what I eat tonight. I'll try to do good, but Ryan's picking the restaurant so we'll see. Anyways, I hope everyone else had a good week. Goal for next week: stay within my calorie range every day and exercise (cardio) most days of the week.
