I LOST IT.

I lost another 2 pounds since my last weigh in.
January was a month of catching up. We spent 3 week on vacation in Hawaii and gained 7 pounds. Didn't drink my 8 glasses of daily water. Kept my portions in control and tried to stay away from unhealthy eating. Not enough exercise contributed to some of it.
I'm almost down 30 pounds ( .6 to meet that mark). I have set a short term goal for the next few months and will post that shortly.
