My 1st Blog Ever!

This is my first Blog EVER!!
I've been the type of person that sits back and reads blogs on the internet, but never write.
However, after reading so many encouraging blogs in Spark People, I now feel like stepping out into the world of blogging!
My goals for my first week in SparkPeople is :
1. Learn how to navigate in SparkPeople.
2. Start journaling again...and stick with it.
Journaling is something that would help me lose weight. In the past, I often became inconsistent with journaling and thats when I would stop paying attention to what I was doing and regained old habits of unhealthy eating and little exercise.
3. Get back into juicing and making smoothies once a day.
With my background of poor eating habits, the best way "for me" to get my fruits and veggies in is to juice or make smoothies. I eat salads and other veggies, but not enough to meet my quota of 8 fruits and veggies per day.
So, there it is folks..... my first Blog.
I'm looking to rock and roll to meet my goals!
